Camping Lou Castel is situated in Castelnaud-la-Chapelle in the Dordogne, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, in a region that offers an almost infinite variety of landscapes. It is located 3.5 km from the Dordogne river, in the forest. For your aquatic leisure activities, you will benefit from an open-air swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool, a heated swimming pool and you will have fun in the water slides of the campsite. The campsite is open from 07 April to 22 September

Have fun with your family on the multi-sports area and choose between a game of football or basketball! The older children can spend their afternoon playing petanque or volleyball. When it rains, the games room will keep you busy. Between billiards, table football and pinball machines, there is a choice! For walking or horse riding, you can set off on marked footpaths from the campsite

A bar/snack bar allows you to sip a cocktail on the terrace or have lunch with the family. A bread and pastry shop and a grocery store will allow you to do your basic shopping without leaving the campsite.

On the whole the campsite is very well run, very friendly and welcoming.

Wir waren zum Ende der Saison auf dem Campingplatz in einem Mobilhome. Es war sehr sauber und auch die Anlage gepflegt. Eine gutes Konzept der Müllentsorgung! Gastronomie hatten wir leider keine Gelegenheit. Der Gesamteindruck hat gepasst und auch die Poolanlage war top

2 semaines passées au Lou Castel, dont 1 de canicule où on a vraiment apprécié l'ombre et l'espace aquatique du tonnerre ! Acceuil parfait, animations de super qualité et équipe technique réactive, ça restera certainement notre meilleur camping!
