Very green and flowery campsite, very pleasant. Bedside lamps would be welcome, to avoid getting out of bed to turn the lights off and getting up in the dark at night. A few hooks in the kitchen to hang at least one tea towel.

Situated in Anglet in the heart of the Basque Country, you can choose a holiday between the sea, the mountains and Spain.

Set in lush green surroundings, the Bela Basque campsite offers you a beautiful aquatic area with a heated indoor swimming pool, a heated outdoor pool and an aqualudic area specially designed for children, with water jets, a waterfall and a paddling pool.

In July and August, there's family entertainment and a mini-club offering activities for 4-12 year-olds. There are sports tournaments, team games and evening entertainment for all the family to enjoy.

You'll also find a snack bar and restaurant on site.

Discover the Basque Country by visiting Biarritz, Bayonne, Saint Jean de Luz, Espelette, and why not cross the border into Spain, where the famous and magnificent town of San Sebastian is well worth a visit.

A very attractive campsite at an affordable price, clean, the only minor drawback being the neighbouring mobile homes.
The pool enjoys the shade of the palm trees in the afternoon.

Very friendly personell at the reception.
Very good swimming pool 🏊 eventhough it is not very Deep.
Sanitary facilities are clean.
The Airport is nearby- however no Traffic during the night and only low frequency during the day.
I recommend it.

Was an excellent place to say, very easy to get around. Bus stop directly outside the campsite. Would definitely recommend. The team were so friendly and helpful

Conveniently located site, nice and clean! Airport closeby was not a problem at all.
45min walking distance to downtown, 50-60min to the beaches. By car just 15min.
Nice spots for campers and good relation between „permanent“ mobile homes, tents and camping cars.
Very nice staff and really good...

We stayed at Bela Basque in August 2019, having booked last minute in July.

We were worried how they still had availability at peak time, but we think the recent renovations and pool upgrade might have only just been completed so perhaps people had disregard it. They missed out!

Having had a noisy first week at the first campsite we were at we were nervous about our second week at Camping Bela Basque. Particularly after reading some of the comments on trip advisor.
