This year, make a reservation at the Pont De Mazerat and let yourself be charmed by the town of Tamniès in the Dordogne, where this 4-star establishment is located: it's a beautiful place that you're sure to love. As far as water activities are concerned, swimmers can also enjoy the heated outdoor pool, during the summer only.

Throughout your trip, you'll have access to all the services and facilities the campsite has to offer. These include barbecue hire and Wi-Fi access. There's also a grocery/snack shop, a restaurant and a bar (among others), so you won't have to go far to get something to eat.

As for leisure activities, you can count on the entertainment on offer at Pont De Mazerat in Tamniès. To everyone's delight, the facilities include table tennis tables, which are only available during the summer months. In the middle of a natural setting, the campsite is crossed by a pond. Ask the management where you can swim or if you can fish.

Attractive 120 m² outdoor pool (17x7m) for swimming laps or simply splashing around before relaxing in the shade of the parasols on the deckchairs available all around the pool. And for the little ones? They can splash around safely in the adjacent paddling pool under parental supervision. Dates and opening times: - Open all season from 11am to 9pm (heated only from 01/07 to 23/08), subject to good weather conditions. NB: It is strictly forbidden to wear swimming shorts, Bermuda shorts, overalls or similar in the pools. Swimming costumes or boxer shorts must be worn. Children under exclusive parental supervision. In addition, just 300 m from the campsite, take a dip in the beautiful Etang de Tamniès, which has been awarded the Blue Flag. You'll have plenty of time to share thanks to the facilities designed for your enjoyment: water sports, inflatable structures and a fine sandy beach. - For stays of 7 nights or more, the campsite offers 1 free entry per person/stay. For stays of more than 7 nights, there is a charge of €3/day per person aged 7 and over. Public supervised beach in July/August (subject to availability). - At the height of summer, from 14/07 to 23/08, the entertainment team offers a gentle programme to suit everyone's pace:
- During the day: sports tournaments, Olympiads, quizzes, treasure hunts, photo rallies, etc.
- In the evening: themed entertainment such as a live concert where you can sing and dance together, or a discovery dinner on the theme of Périgord specialities, for example.

Children are free to enjoy their holiday and have fun with friends in the play area, with trampolines and inflatables.
The indoor table football and billiards area will be your youngsters' favourite spot for unforgettable evenings.

Starting from the campsite, for the early risers or for the pleasure of a relaxing walk, there are magnificent signposted footpaths to discover on foot or by mountain bike in a soothing green setting. Bikes, mountain bikes and electric bikes are available for hire (at an additional cost; prices and details at the campsite reception).

Fishing enthusiasts will love the nearby Etang de Tamniès, part of which is dedicated to angling. Discover this haven of peace to catch carp, sturgeon and other varieties of freshwater fish. You can collect your fishing licence, which is compulsory, from the Tamniès town hall or directly from the lake in July and August. The bar is open all day, all season, serving drinks and sweet snacks (opening times depend on the number of visitors, posted on site).
Treat yourself to a small kawa in the morning or a small crêpe, waffle or ice cream for an afternoon snack (no catering available for lunch).

In low season, a takeaway service is available, only for the evening service and on order from reception and/or the Bar team (prices and conditions communicated on site).

In high season from 14/07 to 23/08:
A full range of evening meals is available from 7.30pm to 9.30pm in the bar-restaurant next to the swimming pool: salads, pizzas and burgers to eat in or take away. The cuisine is simple, generous and delicious, using local produce.
With its lanterns and country-style decor, when night falls the place takes on a guinguette feel and welcomes you every evening in a simple, friendly atmosphere.

Every morning, you'll find baguettes and pastries ordered the day before for a gourmet breakfast.
- The convenience store is on standby from 4pm to 7pm, stocking essentials and the gourmet specialities for which the Périgord region is famous!

Not forgetting all the services and amenities in the town of Sarlat, just 10 minutes from the campsite. Supermarkets and shops are open for most of the season, so you can cook your own meals and enjoy them comfortably on the terrace of your mobile home.

We had a very warm welcome, and the couple who ran the place were always friendly and smiling. Always a kind word. And the upkeep of the green spaces was always top notch 👍 we also appreciated. The peace and quiet of the campsite.
And its various services. Especially the fresh bread delivered in the morning!
