we wanted to eat at the snack bar next to the campsite bakery, deplorable welcome, smokes in their kitchen, the staff go in and out, no safety shoes, no gloves, handles the food several times because they can't find the order forms, slightly dishonest ... (Wala nique ta mere) to a lady who simply asked him if there was a market in Sète the next day.... staff to flee !!! really gives the campsite a bad image !!!

Poor. All round below average. Won't be doing a euro camp again.
Wouldn't even know where to start but I'll list some poor areas. .
Wifi is shocking and it cost a fortune to purchase upon arrival.

Bed cover, covered in white stains, bed wobbly from cheap metal frame, the centre leg was falling off....

There's a lot of good at Le Castellas Camping...but some room to improve.

We selected an Ultimate Cabin which was a good size for 2 adults and 1 child (12 nights). Travelling from Ireland.

The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Pillow are poor, so bring your own if you can.

Generally a good all round family, holiday, with lots of activities to do and realy good pools and beach. Where looking to go again. Its not center Parks but it is much better value for money!
Side note We travelled from calais to the campsite and drove through the night so the kids would sleep....

Where do I start?

Dirty, noisy, run down and crowded are some of the words I could use to describe the camp.

Staff are unhelpful, arrogant, nasty and just downright rude.

Did little to help us during our brief stay apart from offering us a can of ant repellent when the whole van was absolutely covered...
