The residence has comfortable flats close to the Moliets-et-Maâ golf course and the beaches of the Atlantic coast. In Moliets-et-Maâ you can stroll along the promenade and visit the various shops. In the surrounding area, you will find beautiful white sandy beaches, vast forests with cycle paths and hiking trails, and plenty of activities for all ages. Facilities Residence Open Sud
Moliets-et-Maâ is located in the south of the Landes, about an hour from Biarritz. This region is characterised by vast pine forests, long white sandy beaches and a mild climate. The Basque coast attracts surfers, swimmers and those wishing to relax. There are also beach volleyball courts that you can use free of charge. As well as the many sporting activities, the region is also alive with musical, theatrical and cultural events in summer. You will become familiar with a magnificent region where there is much to discover.

There's no doubt that your children will love staying at the Résidence Open Sud. They can spend long afternoons in the outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool. It is also possible to organise tennis matches on the holiday village's tennis court. Parents can also hire baby equipment on a weekly basis from the holiday village reception.

There is no restaurant at the Résidence Open Sud. However, the region's culinary specialities can be discovered in the many restaurants in the vicinity. For example, you can enjoy Bayonne ham and the famous Espelette chilli pepper! Delicious local wines accompany these specialities. If you prefer to prepare your own food, you can find what you need in the supermarket just a few minutes' drive away.
The surrounding area Résidence Open Sud
If you want to explore the area and discover new activities, there's plenty to do outside the holiday village too. For example, the whole family can go mini-golfing (2 km away). There are lots of fun things to do in the area. The holiday village is close to the Plage de Moliets where you can swim, play beach volleyball and build sandcastles with your children. We recommend that you visit the towns of Dax and Biarritz during your stay.
