The hotel is very well located, five minutes from the port and restaurants. The flat was very nice and the indoor pool and jacuzzi super nice and pleasant in this season. We had just one minor problem during our stay, due to odours rising in the flat through the drains.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Sylene.
Personnel gentil, agréable et disponible.
Appartement propre ainsi que les parties communes.
Espace détente parfait pour se relaxer.
Seul bémol mais qui ne vient pas de la responsabilité du personnel...c est le manque de civisme et de respect de certains...

C’est une honte un personnel qui ne pete pas plus haut que son c*l.Il y a eu une erreur sur notre réservation de la part de l’accueil mais tout a été remis sur notre dos. À fuire un des sorte de servant ce prend pour je ne sais qui a parler très mal au client et fais comme ci il était manager...

Immeuble qui se dégrade de plus en plus alors q'ili date de 2022.
Porte d'accès à l'immeuble non sécurisé alors qu'un homicide a eu lieu début août dans la résidence.
Ascenseur bruyant et donc non rassurant.
Au fil des séjours, le personnel semble de moins en moins nombreux
Pas d'état des lieux...

Nous avons séjourné une semaine fin août dans cette résidence.
Arrivés sur place, nous avons dû faire la queue pour récupérer les clés de l'appartement. Le check in devrait être mieux organisé avec un rdv pour gérer le flux. C'est déjà le cas pour l'etat des lieux sortants. Les résidents...
