Perfect location. The swimming pool during my stay was a good size, but I don’t think that, with all these new accommodation units now in place, it’s big enough to cater for all the holidaymakers. As for me, this is my third time here; I discovered this campsite through the local council and Toapi. And I find that now there’s a bit of a lack of maintenance across the whole site, such as the gate leading to the beach, which is left open all the time, meaning that young people from outside end up in the swimming pool via that route. And there are other issues, such as holidaymakers damaging the holiday homes and taking kitchen utensils with them when they leave. In my case, two benches had their seats broken, which were repaired on Monday. Honestly, I take my hat off to the owners who rent out their properties. Otherwise, the welcome was perfect. Just a small suggestion: the water on the slides should be turned on at the same time as the pool opens; this could prevent accidents.

A lovely mobile home, but the cleanliness could do with some improvement; the crockery provided for cooking is a bit sparse, but otherwise I had a brilliant stay. The campsite is right by the sea, which is brilliant, and not having to use a car is lovely.
