The park is lovely but the cleanliness needs addressing

We stayed in a 4 bed accessible wooden cabin which was VERY CREAKY and not a lot of privacy - we could hear each other from other rooms. It was wheelchair accessible, which was perfect for us. The wet room with shower chair was most useful. There were basic supplies but there was no mop head, just the... mop handle. I bought a new mop head from the local supermarket. The website (Eurocamp) said a tv was included, yes we had the tv but nothing to watch on it! But the Eurocamp office lent us some dvds to watch.
Really unhappy that the cleaning wasn’t included in the price as in previous years. We left the accommodation cleaner than we found it. The previous family had left a dirty plaster on the bathroom floor… I bought bleach from the supermarket to clean the toilets, and packed anti bac wipes. There was no dustpan and brush so I swept the floor and did my best to pick it up by hand. The bath was surrounded with mould - I just couldn’t bring myself to get in it.
We went to the swimming pool on site. The swimwear rules weren’t the same as the website so I’ve included a photo of the sign. Take flip flops - the floors are very dirty!
Bring €1 for the locker (refundable). The jacuzzi and outdoor pool were cold. The main indoor pool was warm.
We did enquire about the teen meet that my youngest wanted to attend, but no staff around seemed to know where it was being held so we gave up, which was a shame.
The local shop stocks most things you need, and the bakery is wonderful. We miss having freshly made croissants and pain au chocolat! They also sold lovely big red shiny apples, me and my children enjoyed these.
In the local area we found a pharmacy which we needed to make two purchases from. They spoke English and were very helpful. There’s an Intermarché about 4 mins drive from the camp site, they sell everything you need plus fuel (€1.88 per litre of E10).
I would stay on this site again, we came here for 3 nights of relaxation following 3 nights on site at Disneyland Paris. The views were beautiful and if we’d had more time, we would’ve explored the mini golf, table tennis and the pedal boats. I would opt for a different accommodation, as a previous reviewer has mentioned, the cabins are covered in grime and need jet washing at the beginning of the season. And as beautiful as the wooden lodges looked on the website, they were just so creaky and noisy! I’d also hope the standards of cleanliness improves.
