The Chiocciola campsite is nestled in the heart of Tuscany, in the meander of the Ambra stream. It welcomes you in a friendly atmosphere for unforgettable vacations with family or friends. The establishment puts at your disposal an aquatic area with swimming pools and a paddling pool where you can enjoy swimming.

In order to give rhythm to your vacations, the Chiocciola campsite puts in place various play activities. A playground has been set up on site to welcome children. You can also take advantage of the tennis court on site. In addition, enjoy a nice bike ride while visiting the surroundings of the establishment.

To make your stay enjoyable, useful services are offered by the Chiocciola campsite. A washing machine and dryer are available. The restaurant L'Antico Portale welcomes you for your lunches and dinners. In addition, a bar and a store for the essentials are available on site.

The campsite has two large outdoor swimming pools and a paddling pool for the little ones which have been open since 2 June. Sunbeds and parasols are also available around the pools for relaxing moments.

The staff working at the campsite are exquisite from the reception to the bar to the market... all welcoming and helpful people. The campsite has great potential but it is not exploited and this makes it a second-rate campsite... The restaurant has been closed, there is no entertainment for children, the football pitches or beach volleyball can't be used due to poor maintenance and lack of pest control due to horseflies, not to mention the tennis courts which are kept dirty and full of leaves. The only appreciable activity are the three swimming pools and the staff who work there... in short, the campsite owner has not spent two lira to make this place welcoming and this is a shame given that it is in a strategic position for visiting many cities of art and other attractions. The difference in quality was made by the people who worked there.

The welcome was very friendly. On the other hand, the swimming pool left a lot to be desired: no display (times), hoover left in the middle of the pool... And the campsite snack bar is really a bad memory. What's more, there was no freezer to store ice cream. Laundry very expensive.
