The Boschetto di Piemma campsite is located on the Via Francigena, two kilometers from the village of San Gimignano. It is connected to the town of Belle Torri by a road decorated with a breathtaking panorama. It is also the ideal starting point to discover Tuscany. Campers can use the adjacent municipal swimming pool free of charge, which includes an adult pool, a children's pool and a solarium, open from June to August.

To enhance your stay, Boschetto di Piemma offers a variety of activities and entertainment. You will appreciate the tennis courts as well as the soccer field. A playground is reserved for children. The campers will have a beach volleyball court to spend good moments with family or friends.

- Take a train or bus to Poggibonsi and from there take a bus to San Gimignano. From San Gimignano, the shuttle bus runs every hour to S. Lucia and will take you directly to the campsite entrance.

- From the north of Italy: take the A1 (E35), exit at Firenze-Impruneta, follow the Siena-Firenze motorway towards Siena, then take the Poggibonsi NORD...

I liked it:
The proximity to the beautiful village of San Gimignano, the bus line at the foot of the campsite, the swimming pool, the cleanliness of the bungalow, the very functional nature of the bungalow.

I did not like:
Sloping floor (not practical for those in tents), no terrace to eat outside in front of the bungalow), mosquitoes from 7pm!

No car access at night! Car next to the mobile home late at night with doors slamming and chatting which woke us up several nights around 1am.
