The campsite La Chapelle benefits from a privileged situation, in the heart of Argelès-sur-Mer and offers you all the conveniences. The beach is only 200 metres away and the campsite has an aquatic area including a heated indoor swimming pool.

In July and August, the entertainment team welcomes the youngest children to the children's club for a variety of activities from Monday to Friday. In the evening and during the day, family entertainment is offered to all holidaymakers.

On the service side, you will find all the services necessary for the smooth running of your stay in the centre of Argelès. On site, you will enjoy the bars, the bakery and its snack bar or the wifi access.

From the opening to the closing of the campsite, come and enjoy its aquatic area. This one is composed of a paddling pool, water slides, 7 pools including a pool with retractable cover to enjoy swimming whatever the weather. Access to the water park is prohibited: - Children under 12 years old not accompanied by an adult. - People who do not have swimming gear that complies with these rules for access to the aquatic facilities. - When the maximum instantaneous attendance is reached, this being displayed at the entrance to the aquatic complex. * Shorts, Bermuda shorts or any other clothing not suitable for swimming (all fabrics not intended for bathing) will be systematically refused. Accepted outfits must clearly display their composition in Lycra and/or Neoprene (fabrics intended for swimming). Accepted garments must have a tight fit. Any loose fitting garment, even in Lycra/Neoprene, will be refused for safety reasons. Hats and/or other headgear, if intended for aquatic use, must clearly display their Lycra and/or Neoprene composition. Any loose fitting hat, even in Lycra / Neoprene, will be refused for safety reasons.

We came for the Ascension weekend and had a great time. The staff at reception are super adorable and really listen to us, and the entertainers are really great. The pools and slides are really great, as are the water games for the little ones. We finished our stay at the aquarium in Canet (oniria) which is really great to do (I'm putting it on my review because the activity leaders asked us to do it because they'd like to). We'll be back soon because we really loved it. Thank you for everything.

Little bit of a let down

Went as 2 families and purposely booked 2 caravans together (emailed twice with confirmation )but on arrival we were put at different ends of the parks. Staff were unhelpful and wouldn’t look to accommodate. Otherwise the park was satisfactory.

We stayed for 4 nights in a Eurocamp cabin which was basic but fine. The site itself is as described we only had a few complaints: closing the sports areas/ping pong tables at 9pm was a little annoying as our kids are not into the entertainment and would rather play football/ping pong until about 10pm....

Forgive me but this will be a fairly in depth review of the site and area.

AREA - the town itself is clearly geared towards tourism. Rows of gifts shops and restaurants are present on the sea front. There is a market which sets up 3 times a week in the morning which is ok but nothing special. 1 minuet...

Our first French campsite experience. Overall very enjoyable and we would love to go back to the Pyrenees area soon. We loved our veranda, mobile was spotless and any issue we had was dealt with quickly by housekeeping.
Argeles beach area is very busy, a bit tacky and hard to get a table in the evenings....
