I chose this campsite because it seemed ideal for children, but that’s not the case. The football pitch is very small (the only good thing is that it’s grass) and the children have to queue to play. There isn’t a drinking fountain nearby either. The swimming pool isn’t really suitable for children either; it doesn’t even have a slide. There are very few other activities for children.
The campsite itself is fine for adults; the pitch was spacious and comfortable. There were drinking fountains along the path every few metres. The toilets were always quite clean. And the washing-up area was spacious. Quiet hours are generally respected; I think they keep it well under control, which is very positive.
The location is good, close to the village – you can pop over for a stroll. The beach is just across the road.
