The site's opening hours: - Reception: 9am to 12pm and 5pm to 7pm from Monday to Friday. It is not accessible on Tuesday afternoon and all day Wednesday. - Arrival on Saturday: between 5pm and 8pm and departure the following Saturday before 10am. Please inform the residence in case of late arrival.

- From Toulouse (distance of 185 km): take the A66 for Andorra/Foix, then the N20 for Andorra and finally the D618 to Font Romeu.
- From Perpignan (distance of 87 km): take the N116 for Andorra, then the Pont Saint André, then the D618 to the destination.
- From Paris (distance of 900 km): take the Perpignan Sud A9... exit.
