Come and discover Port Leucate, a seaside resort located between the Mediterranean Sea and a lake in the Aude department, dominated by the Canigou massif and the Corbières mountain range. The town, which has been awarded the Blue Flag and Family Plus labels, will delight young and old alike with its many attractions, including a traditional village with a rich historical heritage, a marina, beaches and creeks with incredibly fine sand, oyster beds, vineyards and more.
The resort has many assets, starting with its turquoise waters and kilometres of fine sandy beaches (spread across 8 beaches) that tourists love so much: in fact, it has no less than 18 km of Mediterranean coastline and 31 km of shores with ponds, channels, islands... You'll be spoilt for choice for your swimming and lazing days! Every year, Port Leucate plays host to the Mondial du Vent, a major windsurfing event held in the charming retro resort of La Franqui.

The 3* Goelia les Carrats tourist residence, dedicated to pedestrians and cyclists, is listed as a "Historic Monument" and has been awarded the "20th Century Heritage" label. It extends over 5 hectares between the Etang de Leucate and the Mediterranean. Ideally situated directly on the beach, you can enjoy the 16 km of fine sandy beaches along this beautiful coastline. A grocery shop open in season (April to end September) is 200 m away, all the shops in the port: bakery, fishmonger, butcher, local market and restaurants, 1000 m away, supermarket 2.3 km away.

During your stay, you can make free use of a heated outdoor swimming pool open from April to mid-September depending on the weather, a heated indoor swimming pool, a small water play area for children, a whirlpool bath and the residence's gym. A sauna and hammam are available at extra cost to help you relax during your holidays. Shops are located around 2km from the residence. Air conditioning in all accommodation (in living rooms).

From 04/07 to 29/08: children's club for 6-10 year-olds (5 sessions of 2 hours/day/week, registration on site), and activities for teenagers and adults.
