In the heart of the Parc Naturel des Volcans d'Auvergne (a UNESCO World Heritage site) in the Puy-de-Dôme region of Auvergne, on the sunny southern slopes of the Sancy, discover Super-Besse, a green resort nestling at an altitude of 1350 metres, with breathtaking views of the Chaîne des Puys and the Volcan du Cantal.
With the "Famille Plus Montagne" label, Super-Besse is a modern, dynamic resort with a wide range of leisure facilities and a special welcome for families and children: activities, reception areas and special eventsSituated 200m from the Plaine des Moutons Nordic ski area, overlooking the Lac des Hermines in particular, the Chalets de Super-Besse give you quick access to numerous walks where you can discover the fauna (marmots, mouflons) and flora of the region.
Dressed in wood and stone, the residence comprises 3 chalets built in keeping with the local architecture, housing comfortable flats for 4 to 6 people, all with a balcony or terrace (except for the 3-room apartment for 6 people, which has 2 balconies (living room + master bedroom upstairs)). Lift in each building, all accessible from the car park. The resort centre and shops are around 1km from the residence.
The residence also offers off-street parking, as well as a bakery and pastry service (to order the day before) throughout the summer.

Nestling in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne (Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park), this residence enjoys a privileged location at an altitude of 1,350 m, with a breathtaking view of the Sancy mountains. You'll be just a short walk from the centre of the resort and the magnificent Lac des Hermines, a centre for water sports activities and supervised swimming in summer. Although the establishment does not have a private swimming pool, you can enjoy a swim in the lake or go to the resort's nearby aqualudic centre for your moments of relaxation.

For your leisure activities, the residence has a free-access fitness room and a lounge with a billiards table (extra charge). If you're looking for supervised activities, the Super-Besse resort, which has the Famille Plus label, is just a few minutes' walk away, giving you access to the resort's children's clubs, giant zip line, summer toboggan runs and numerous mountain bike trails. It's the ideal base for families who want to enjoy the peace and quiet of the residence while still being at the heart of the summer activities.

In terms of comfort, the flats are housed in authentic wooden chalets and all have a fully-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob) and, in most cases, a balcony or terrace with a view of the mountains. To make your stay easier, the hotel offers free outdoor parking (subject to availability) and Wi-Fi access at reception and in the accommodation (at an additional cost). For a wellness break, a sauna is also available in the residence (at an additional cost).
