Between the Côte de Beauté and the Côte d'Argent, Soulac-sur-Mer lies in the north of the Gironde department. Facing the Cordouan lighthouse, built on the open sea, it offers a wide range of activities for tourists. There's entertainment on the beach and a casino, bars and restaurants on the seafront. Whether you're with family or friends, you'll fall under the spell of Soulac-sur-Mer, with its lively lanes, seaside villas and beaches with famous surf spots.
The 3-star Goelia "Le Cordouan" tourist residence comprises flats in small, single-storey buildings and individual villas, all built in the traditional Soulac architectural style (alternating beams, white stone and brick facades). The setting is verdant, in the heart of several hectares of parkland.
Le Cordouan" is less than 2 kilometres from the beaches and centre of Soulac sur Mer, which is not a handicap in this natural resort.
On site, you'll find reception, a relaxation area, a heated swimming pool (10m x 20m - depth 1.40m to 1.60m) open from 04/04/26 to 19/09/26, 2 tennis courts (free, no booking required), a city park for all ages, a petanque area and 2 children's play areas.
