Mountain biking: Les Menuires and Val Thorens are a VTT-FFC Centre, official label of the French Cycling Federation. 21 itineraries of all levels are marked out and signposted according to FFC standards. Located near the two resorts and the village of Saint Martin, they criss-cross the entire Belleville Valley. The Evasion 3 Vallées mountain bike pass allows you to use the lifts in the Vallée des Belleville, as well as those in the Méribel and Courchevel valleys (it is advisable to check the opening days with the Tourist Offices or the lift ticket offices). A map of the mountain bike itineraries is available at the Tourist Office. The Guides' Office offers: hiking, children's club, mountain, climbing, glacier hiking, via ferrata, high mountain, canyoning, rafting, mountain adventure Tennis: Tennis courses for all levels, intensive and semi-intensive: initiation, improvement, training.
