The short review, I absolutely rate and recommend this place.

We stayed here over February half term with two families with two children each (kids 4 to 8).
The coach cant get direct to the hotel, so you'll switch into a smaller minibus to take you to the door. We booked with Crystal and this change of cases and vehicle took about 5 mins.
Both families had two... bedroom apartments. The main bedroom with and ensuite bathroom and a "main" shower room for the kids. The hallway area was such a useful addition in comparison to previous holidays. Lots of hanging and wardrobe space, all tiled so ideal for wet snow boots.
The kitchenette is compact, but perfectly usuable for a few dishes. We were half board, so ate in the restaurant mainly.
The restaurant- Voga Goga, was in the same building that we stayed in. Edenarc is over two buildings, so there may be a short walk (a matter of steps) to go to breakfast etc.
Breakfast is a buffet; pastries, bacon, eggs, fruit, yogurts etc- all good. On half board, you have the option of lunch or dinner. Dinner has two distinct timings, 6:30pm or 8:30pm. Whether this is due to it being half term, or this is normal, I'm not sure. Good food options and three courses- just be aware that drinks are not included at lunch or dinner.
Location- about 50 seconds walk from the lift! Or a very manageable run down to ski school- my four year old skiied down with her dad from day two onwards.
Pool- as many have commented, it is NOT warm. The kids loved it and went in several times. The steam room and sauna were more my bag.
The apartments were great, location perfect, and whilst I'm not one for returning to the same place, I would without doubt return here again.
