Only three things let's this Hotel Down. Distance, No hot water on the last night/ Morning, and a wobbly room that shakes when you walk across it.
The complex itself is a 26 minute walk from the number 6 bus that takes you to Venice Piazzale Roma. But, for the same distance walking if you make your way...

I stayed at this resort with 3 others. It was fantastic place and only 20 minutes away from Venice. Lovely place, staff were very welcoming. A great restaurant on site with delicious fresh food. Also a swimming pool and a shuttle bus that takes you to Venice. Beautiful stay.
