We went 24 hours without electricity, which was very difficult, and we had to throw away all our food that was being kept chilled. It was an incident that put a damper on our holiday, which had, despite everything, got off to a good start!

Pleasant stay on the banks of Lac de Garde. Numerous activities and sites to discover nearby. Secure campsite with security guards controlling access. Lifeguards ensure that the rules are respected at the pool. Only downside: evening entertainment provided only by the English-speaking entertainers, which is disappointing for a 5-star campsite. We would have liked to have had some shows (magic, dancing, etc.).

Worst family holiday we have ever had, it is way too big and too many people packed in for the facilities they provide. Forget going to the pool and getting a sunbed, the queues to get one in the morning started hours before and there were actual verbal altercations where...

On check out we had paid our balance by bank transfer which was the same payment method as the deposit (we didn’t know we could pay by card this wasn’t communicated to us except for one line written far down in a long email). Honest mistake on our part but on check out due to weekend and bank holiday...
