Situated in a small typical village of the Périgord Noir near Limeuil, the campsite la base nautique de Tremolat offers you rest and relaxation on the banks of the river Dordogne. Enjoy on site a beautiful outdoor swimming pool as well as natural swimming in the river.

On site you can enjoy many activities and activities such as: fishing, canoeing, water ski club, volleyball, bowling, tennis, football, table tennis ... In July and August, the children's club welcomes 6-12 year olds for recreational and playful activities.

On the service side, to make your stay easier you will find a restaurant-snack-bar on the nautical base.

I spent 3.5 weeks at this campsite and loved every minute of it. It is so peaceful and quiet. Most of the time all you can hear are the birds and the frogs. Excellent facilities. A long, narrow site along the bank of the river. Easy access to the river for boating and swimming. Good size, shady pitches.

There are several toilet/shower/washing up blocks, but some of these are in need of renovation (eg. some missing wall tiles). The water was not especially hot.
