For your holidays on the Côte d'Azur, discover Le Lavandou in the PACA region, a magnificent seaside resort halfway between Toulon and Fréjus-Saint Raphaël and opposite the Îles d'Hyères. This seaside resort owes its reputation to its fine sandy beaches, such as Plage de Pramousquier, sheltered by Cap Nègre, and its small, unspoilt beaches and coves. In Le Lavandou, you'll be amazed by the diversity of the landscape: fine sandy beaches, wild coves, umbrella pines, heavenly islands... You can visit the islands of Le Levant, Port-Cros and Porquerolles, three unspoilt islands, and walk along the coastal path along the wild beaches.
The 3-star Goélia "Le Domaine de la Pinède" tourist residence is ideally located on the seafront, with no roads to cross, in a peaceful setting on the Cap Nègre hill.
The residence overlooks the sea, in the heart of a 10-hectare estate of lush Mediterranean vegetation.
As soon as you leave the estate, you'll find a secure cycle path leading from Hyères to Le Lavandou, with all the shops and services in the centre of Cavalière, just 1km from the residence (with restaurants on Pramousquier beach, and convenience stores 500m away).

The Domaine is entirely pedestrianised (tarmac paths). Parking (one space per accommodation) is available at the entrance to the Domaine, near reception.

There is direct access to Pramousquier beach via a private path leading down from the residence to the beach. Leaving the Domaine, the beaches of Cavalière are 1km away.

In the residence, a heated infinity pool (16m x 8m - depth 0.55m to 2.60m) with solarium overlooks the bay. The views are magnificent. The pool solarium is spacious and lined with sun loungers. Open from 04/04/26 to 24/10/26. Sports field (mini-football), petanque and table tennis tables, bread and pastries (with supplement, to be booked the day before for the following day), children's play area, laundry.

New: mini-club and activities for teenagers and adults from 04/07/26 to 29/08/26.

Due to its hillside location, the Domaine is not recommended for people with mobility problems.

There is then also a supermarket a few minutes from the holiday village where you can do your shopping.

The surroundings of Cap Negre : Domaine de la Pinède

Ideally located between Toulon and Saint-Tropez, the residence will allow you to spend a peaceful stay with your loved one or family. Start the day with a dip in the holiday park's heated pool. Afterwards, you and your family can have fun together on the petanque court. For a more active day, head to the marina, where you can stroll around and admire the boats casting off the mooring lines. There are many other activities for holidaymakers staying in the area: mini golf, all kinds of water sports and also hiking. Horse-riding enthusiasts can visit the equestrian centre a few kilometres from the residence. Finally, explore the region via the numerous cycle paths and discover the Mediterranean coast!
