Camping Vagueira, located south of Porto in a pine forest 500m from the Ria de Costa Nova, welcomes you in a family atmosphere for a relaxing vacation. The beaches are just 1500m from the campsite and are very popular with surfers and bodyboarders. There's also a lovely outdoor swimming pool.

In July and August, the campsite team offers entertainment for the whole family. Leisure facilities include a basketball court, tennis court, children's playground, ping-pong table, games room...

As for services, there's a snack bar with takeaway meals and pizzas, or you can eat on the terrace.

I liked it:
The campsite team, very friendly and attentive (thank you Cristiana and Luis for your responsiveness and kindness).
Mobile homes well spaced out.
Clean and quiet campsite.

I did not like it:
Campsite a bit far from the beach.

Visited for two nights in June 2022. Large site amongst sparse tall pines not offering much shade. Next to a busy road with lots of trucks on it. Mix of mobile homes, caravan area, tent area and motorhomes. Two toilet/ shower blocks. The one we used was clean. No hand drying facilities which seems common...

Arrived here without booking in August and was surprised to find that it was half empty.

The site is shaded in a pine forest about 2km from the beach. It's quiet and has good facilities with clean showers and toilets, a pool and a bar.

We stayed here for 3 nights and would recommend it over some of...

We stayed in a 7 pax accomodation on this nice camping. Clean and comfortable bungalow. Friendly staff. Unguarded pool with parasols and beds. In the afternoon waterpolo and aquarobics is organised. 5 minutes drive to the bracht.

Accueil agréable on se sent rapidement très bien dans ce camping.
Pour ce qui est des emplacements vous vous mettez où vous voulez car c’est une grande forêt de pins. Donc c’est vraiment top, très agréable.
Le camping, les sanitaires sont très propres.
