Good to know
Practical information
Important
A recent geological survey has revealed a risk of a large boulder falling from the mountain near the campsite, which would trigger a 2-metre wave on Lake Coiselet and flood the campsite. As a precaution, the prefecture has decided to drain the lake. There will therefore be no water-based activities until further notice (fishing, swimming, boating or water sports). The campsite will remain open and there is no longer any risk of flooding. Non-water-based activities at the campsite will continue as normal; the swimming pool remains open and guests can travel to Lake Vouglans, a 30-minute drive away, for water sports.
Student rally
Between 11 and 13 September, the campsite will be hosting a gathering of 250 students, which may cause some disturbance.
