We liked: Attentive and highly competent staff; the bungalow’s location overlooking the Coise, with no neighbours opposite; and ample space between the bungalows

There is no inventory of your property on your website. This would have allowed me to bring coffee pods instead of filter coffee. Please take the inventory more seriously. There were several issues with my flat that you hadn’t spotted when the previous tenants moved out; you could have withheld their deposit.

The mobile home was really lovely: air conditioning, a dishwasher, comfortable beds, a safe and a coffee machine. The new owners have a lot of work to do; they need to communicate more and be more present. There were lively evening events to suit all tastes.
