Nestling in the heart of the seaside resort of Jard-sur-Mer in the Vendée, the campsite enjoys an ideal location, just 400 metres from the shops in the town centre and the marina. The fine sandy beach of Boisvinet is around 1.2 km from the campsite for your swimming days. The highlight of this 5-star campsite is undoubtedly its magnificent 500 m² heated water park, including an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool with a counter-current river, as well as water slides and a bubble bath for total relaxation whatever the weather. Nearby, you can discover major tourist sites such as the Château de Talmont-Saint-Hilaire and the Guittière salt marshes.

When it comes to leisure activities, the establishment is a true benchmark, with a full range of sports facilities: a tennis court, a padel court, a multi-sports pitch (football, volleyball, basketball) and a modern fitness room. Children are not left out either, with a giant play area including a zip line and climbing structures. During the school holidays (spring and summer), the campsite offers a free children's club (4-12 years) supervised by qualified activity leaders, as well as a varied daytime entertainment programme (aquagym, tournaments) and themed evenings (concerts, shows, karaoke) to ensure a friendly atmosphere throughout your stay.

The water park at Camping L'Océano d'Or*** in Jard-sur-Mer is a 450 m² oasis of freshness and fun, designed to suit all generations. As soon as the campsite opens, you can enjoy a heated indoor swimming pool, ideal for a relaxing swim even when the Vendée breeze freshens up. Outside, the park is transformed into a playground with a large swimming pool, a counter-current river and a waterslide for guaranteed thrills. For younger children, there's a safe paddling pool, while parents can relax in the bubble bath or on the vast solarium with its many sun loungers. In addition to these facilities, lovers of swimming in natural waters will be delighted by Jard-sur-Mer's rich coastline. Just 1 km from the campsite, you'll find Boisvinet beach, a stretch of fine sand that's particularly family-friendly thanks to its lifeguard surveillance and beach club. For a wilder, more unspoilt atmosphere, Plage de la Mine, bordered by the pine forest, offers an exceptional natural setting just a few minutes away. Finally, just a short distance away, you can enjoy the pleasures of the water in the small rocky coves of the Pointe du Payré, a listed site where the ocean meets unspoilt nature.

We only stayed for a few nights, but the campsite is so family friendly it felt like being at home. The campsite is wonderfully laid out, brilliant shop and friendly staff. Love the pool and all the activities. Great location, my favourite campsite!

A fantastic site. Just stayed a week with vacans solidly and it was clean and well kept. Staff were lovely and we rented bikes to go into town and the beach which was fantastic. Well worth a trip. Go to the boulangerie in town as it is fantastic!
