In Soulac-sur-Mer, 10 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and the long sandy beaches of the Gironde coast, nestled in a pine forest and just a few kilometres from the Médoc wine-growing region, Camping Municipal les Genêts invites you to relax and discover a calm and restful environment in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.

The Les Genêts campsite is ideally located in a beautiful wooded park, just 1.4 kilometres from the sea; the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday with friends. Guests love to relaxing in and around our on-site outdoor pool. In July and August the team run a kids club for children aged 5 to 12, with activities taking place every morning. In the afternoons the team activities for the whole family to enjoy and in the evenings, themed dinner nights. On-site services include a cafeteria with takeaway food options and a mini supermarket with a bakery service.

We really appreciated Sabine's friendly and helpful welcome. Very clean mobile home with everything we needed. The restaurant manager (I can't remember his first name) is very friendly and cooks very good food.
The paths inside the campsite are very rough (so you can't drive fast, which is good) but perhaps a few deep holes should be filled in. Pleasant stay despite bad weather and thunderstorms. We will be happy to return.
