Camping Lou Troumpetoun is just outside the village of Montmeyan in the Var department, at the gateway to the lower Gorges du Verdon. It's just 6 kms from the Lac de Quinson, where you can cruise the 9 kms of the lower Gorges du Verdon in electric boats, canoes or pedalos. The campsite has a swimming pool and a paddling pool for the little ones.

On warm afternoons, you can visit the magnificent prehistory museum, one of the 10 most beautiful in Europe. New for 2024: the campsite offers electric bike rental.

Hello, small campsite, a bit dated, old mobile homes but clean with air conditioning, convenient location except for the dangerous access at the end of a bend, apart from the pool no activities for children and teenagers, no WiFi or TV. We nevertheless had a good week with the lake nearby.

À fuir ! Le pire camping où nous ayons séjourné.

Nous avons passé une semaine au camping Lou Troumptoun, du 18 au 25 juillet, et ce séjour a été une véritable catastrophe. 🤮

Vraiment nul,...........................2h d'attente car les gérants n'arrivent pas à joindre camping.com......et disent qu'on est pas inscrit.....nous laissent en plan alors qu'on est avec 3 enfants et 5duldes sous 40 degrés......on a enfin nos mobile home, après beaucoup d'attente et d'énervement.........

Mobilhome insalubre honteux nous sommes répartis direct acces au Mobilhome lamentable odeurs de remfermé, crotes de souris, literie abominable, frigo rouillé, toillette non nettoyé terrasse dangereuse, piscine toute verte ,la liste serait longue , discussions avec le gérant pour lui c est convenable....
