A very warm welcome, a clean and comfortable mobile home, top-notch service, and a great snack bar… Thanks to Victor. However, we would have preferred to deal directly with the campsite owner; we lost 250 euros on our week’s stay – wow, that’s all to your advantage! What’s more, the contract you sent us when we booked stated that two sun loungers and a toaster were at our disposal. In the end, nothing. The campsite owner told me they weren’t included with the mobile home – a shame, as I’d brought two less comfortable chairs to relax in whilst reading. We’ll never book through camping.com again – sorry, but we don’t think this is right. 50 euros, maybe, but 250 euros? No, thank you. Kind regards
