Ideally situated on the edge of the Camargue, the 3-star Le Mas de l’Isle campsite enjoys a strategic location in Lunel, in the Hérault. Halfway between the historic cities of Montpellier and Nîmes, the campsite is an ideal base for exploring Camargue traditions, the medieval town of Aigues-Mortes, or for visiting the seaside resorts of La Grande-Motte and Le Grau-du-Roi (around a 15-20 minute drive away). For moments of relaxation and refreshment on the campsite, guests have access to a lovely water park featuring a heated outdoor swimming pool, multi-lane water slides and a secure paddling pool, much to the delight of the children.
When it comes to sports and entertainment, the campsite offers user-friendly facilities suitable for all ages, including a multi-sports ground (city stadium) for football or basketball, table tennis tables, a large boules court for pétanque tournaments and an outdoor playground for children. To liven up your summer holidays, the campsite offers a free Kids’ Club in July and August, organising fun and craft activities, complemented by family entertainment in the evenings only . Outside the campsite, the region offers a wealth of activities such as horse riding in the Camargue, canoeing on the Vidourle or water sports along the coast.
For a comfortable and hassle-free stay, Le Mas de l’Isle campsite provides all the essential practical facilities and services. Guests can enjoy a cosy bar-restaurant-pizzeria (open mainly during the peak summer season) which also offers takeaway meals, a self-service launderette and paid Wi-Fi access.
