We were staying in a privately-owned mobile home, so a good, thorough clean would be on the cards. The entertainment programme isn’t very visible, or is largely geared towards the Dutch, who make up a large proportion of the campsite’s guests, which means other children might feel left out. The restaurant, bar and mini-market services need improving. We were a bit disappointed with the restaurant, swimming pool and play areas for a 4-star campsite.

We liked the location of our mobile home, its size and the friendliness of the staff.
The only downside was the cleanliness of the mobile home; we assume it hadn’t been occupied since last season, so there was dust, cobwebs and dirty windows.

The mobile home was in a very dilapidated state; there was no bedside lamp or bedside table on which to place an alarm clock, telephone, medication or anything else – and, above all, it was just 5 metres from the road… a very noisy pitch. On the other hand, it’s a great base for visiting the châteaux of the Loire Valley, just 30 minutes away.

Awful, this was a case of overselling and under delivering, not a smart upmarket campsite at all, it was noisy and no different to average. Certainly not worth the 80 euros a night charge for a touring pitch.

Massive premium camping pitches ,nicely shaded,small shop ,ood restaraunt and bar small pool but was never very busy,great location centrally for local attractions,quiet site ,if you want entertanment/discos and lots to do for teenagers this is not the site for you
