As for the entertainment, well, I think they need to sort out the cleanliness of the crockery – the lids were dirty – and, for a 5-star hotel, there were no welcome gifts.

We loved the water park and the river: a really well-designed facility suitable for all ages. It was a shame, though, that the hot tub was out of order. The mini-market is brilliant, with its delicious, piping-hot pastries! The campsite is very wooded, which is a real bonus and provides plenty of shade. The pitches are quite cramped, though – we could hear our neighbour snoring… The mobile home (Comfort range) was very well equipped; we appreciated having gas for cooking. However, there were a few areas for improvement: the ‘mattresses’ were far too hard, there were no properly blackout curtains, and it was impossible to adjust the shower temperature. The large number of staff on hand is very much appreciated, and not having to carry out a check-in or check-out inspection is also one less thing to worry about. The facilities are very comprehensive – you hardly need to leave the campsite! Our daughters really enjoyed the NRJ evening and the games room… Lovely memories and excellent facilities!

Booked via Eurocamp….this was no where near expectations having been with eurocamp for many years. No eurocamp employees, when we had a query at reception, told they can’t help us, we need to call eurocamp. Accommodation really poor, so basic, not clean. We think (?) it is cleaned by previous occupants...

The site is extremely dates. I wouldnt say its a 5 star at all like eurocamp claims. The site is dirty, all public toliets are disgusting. No toliet roll ever, no soap, no toliet seats. The Arcade machines are mostly broken and steal your money, the pool changing rooms are dirty and the outdoor pool...
