The campsite La Grande Metairie is located in Southern Brittany, facing the prestigious site of the prehistoric alignments of Kermario and Carnac. It has an incredible water park with 4 swimming pools (1 covered), a paddling pool, and a jacuzzi.

Many activities are waiting for you: tennis, soccer, mini-golf, tree climbing... Children can also discover the animals of the mini-farm. The amphitheater of the campsite La Grande Metairie hosts various evening animations: concerts, cabarets, shows, dances and karaoke.

The water park has 4 pools (1 indoor), a paddling pool, slides and a jacuzzi. Good to know: The campsite's water park is accessible to people with reduced mobility. - Indoor pool open from 29/03/2024 - Outdoor pool open from 27/04/2024 For safety reasons and to ensure the peace and quiet of everyone in the pool area, you must wear clean clothing exclusively for swimming. We've been coming to the Grande Metairie campsite for two years. We have nothing but good memories. The mobile homes are good and clean. The restaurant is very pleasant. The aquatic area is very satisfying. The campsite is quiet. The aquabranch activities have been developed.
The staff are attentive and reactive in the event of a problem.
See you next year...

I know Carnac since the 80's and have been there many times. Le Grande Materie should not have 5 star status. The Bar is very dirty and not a place you would go to in the evening for a relaxing drink. The staff drive around in the golf buggies way too fast which is dangerous for young kids and in fact...
