The description of the accommodation we had booked did not correspond to the accommodation on site. It was extremely cramped and had a bunk bed, although we had booked two separate beds. We were told on arrival that there would be no other accommodation, but this was not true. After 6 days, the customer service team replied by email that they could no longer help us as our holiday was already over. But our holiday was still 9 days away. I then spoke to a member of staff on site again, who then admitted that the accommodation we had booked would be available, but that it was now fully booked. We could perhaps change later, or change the campsite. But that was too late and too inconvenient for us. The information that the type of accommodation we had booked was not available was definitely wrong and it would have been possible to swap on arrival. There were a lot of empty pitches at the time. Campings.com's customer service by email is virtually non-existent and there is no hotline. You feel like you've been taken for a fool. My worst holiday experience so far in terms of customer service.

No privacy at all!
With Homair in any case, the mobile homes were stuck together, but really stuck together, they were no longer neighbours but flatmates! A disgrace!
Not to mention the ants that stayed with us during the week, in the beds, in the kitchen, everywhere!
Obviously I wouldn't recommend it, and it's a shame because the campsite itself is more than decent, as are the staff.

This is an ideal holiday destination for families with children. attentive and responsive staff. Special thanks to the animators. they are great. Our children are very happy.

The animation team was amazing. The camp is really good. However, there are a lot of moskitoes and that makes the stay unpleasant at times. The food at the restaurant is ok, but the staff at the central restaurant is really impolite and unpleasant.

We had a lovely stay and spent four nights here.

Although the pool area was nice, we preferred spending our days at the beach, as the pools were quite crowded.

the best animation team: GABRIEL, LAURA, Claudia, Cristian, Gaetano. All activities were great, perfect energy in games and the best minidisco and evening program.
