We had a Baia Comfort, i think the smallest of all the possible homes. And it was really tiny :) But as we was outside most of the time we did not mind. Airco was working good and we did sleep well, no disturbing noise from entertainment or neighbors as i read in the other reviews. But i guess this...

Great animators, always smiling, full of energy and ideas. Everything you need to rest is there. Good food, great beach, pools with jacuzzi. There is something to do from morning to evening.
A good base for exploring Venice.
