Ideally located in Aramits in the Atlantic Pyrenees, the Barétous Pyrenees campsite is the perfect destination if you dream of a vacation between countryside and mountains. On the premises, a heated outdoor swimming pool is open to holidaymakers in high season for your swimming and lazing around.

We were here for nearly a week with our seven children. I had asked for shade and they gave us the perfect pitch tucked up in a corner. Very clean facilities and a small but well kept pool. Stopped here for one night in May 2017.

We just turned up at about 6pm, and were welcome by a man about 18years old, who spoke great English to our delight. He and his mother were really lovely and friendly.

We arrived late at the camping, they let us a letter with discription where to put our tent and the electronic key to parking, though we didnt have a car. Wifi was not working, swimming-pool was empty. We were charged 18!!! euros just for 2 sq meters space for the tent and for clean toilet (without soap...

This place was like shelter from a sunny storm! The staff very kindly made room for us after an 18 hour drive to pitch our tents and get some food, drink and a shower. We were very warmly welcomed by the family who run the campsite, great people and great ambassadors for the people of the South of France....
