The welcome, the bar, the choice of cocktails and the service. The receptionist is friendly, patient, smiling, polite and very pleasant. The staff are smiling and take great care of their customers. It's very pleasant. There's a long wait before picking up the chalets (only at 5pm after a 12-hour flight and a 5-hour drive, which is exhausting), but you can still enjoy the swimming pool and SPA. So nice! The lake and the walks around it are so relaxing! A beautiful place!

Hi, everything that was offered was great ... just one regret when booking for 1 WE the price was a bit high ... we had to arrive at 5pm and leave at 10am, conclusion by booking from Friday to Sunday we only enjoyed the day on Saturday ...
