USEFUL INFORMATION AND REGULATION 2023 RESIDENCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS Weekly stays are generally from Saturday to Saturday. Rates do not include daily cleaning and do not include the supply of linen; the latter is charged to the client with the possibility of renting on site at € 12,00 per change per person. The linen package includes: sheets, pillowcases and a bathroom linen kit with bidet, face and bath towel. In some periods, the presence of children 0-2 years old, if in addition to the maximum number of beds allowed by the type of Residence, will incur an extra charge of € 6.00 per day. A cot can be provided on request at a cost of € 6.00 per day, in all periods. STAY TAX to be paid locally according to local regulations. Club Card: payable from 08 July to 27 August at a weekly cost of € 52,00 for adults and € 27,00 for children from 4 to 12 years old. Includes 2 hours use of canoes or sup, 3 hours of tennis, 2 snorkelling trips, use of the swimming pool, volleyball/basketball courts, participation in group dance classes, tennis and all activities organised by the entertainment team. It also includes a shuttle service to and from the beach and the use of a parasol, sunbed and deckchair. The beach umbrella is assigned by the management. From 08 July to 03 September, it is possible to reserve the first rows of parasols, subject to availability: 1st row € 59.00 - 2nd row € 54.00 - 3rd or 4th row € 36.00; the supplement is per week and per parasol. The children's card does not include beach service and snorkelling excursions, but allows you to participate in the group sailing course on Optimist boats (6-12 years old). For the remaining periods, the services and use of the functional facilities indicated in the Club Card are completely free of charge. 4-FRIENDS: Regulation 2023 From 5 August to 26 August, animals are not allowed inside the village. In other periods there is an extra charge of € 49.00 for the presence of animals and the disinfection of the flat and the hotel room. Only 1 animal per accommodation will be allowed. A fenced PET area is available in the Village, dedicated to the play and entertainment of our furry friends. The area is equipped with containers for the collection of dog droppings. Pets are not allowed on the beach, on the train/shuttle bus to and from the beach, in the swimming pool, in the pizzeria and in all closed places (bar, shops, restaurant, supermarket, etc.) VILLAGE RESTAURANT From 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. the Beach Bar with take-away service will be operational. First and second courses with various side dishes, ice cream and desserts will be available. From 19:00 the Pizzeria will be in operation with table service, as well as a take-away service. The opening is scheduled from mid-June to mid-September. At lunch and dinner Restaurant service with Ticket purchase: cost € 24.00 for adults and € 20.00 for children up to 10 years. (first course, second course and side dishes, dessert or fruit, water and wine of our selection included) USEFUL INFORMATION Check In is allowed from 17:30 onwards. Check Out must take place by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Circulation of scooters, electric bicycles, electric scooters, cars, parking and bicycle hire. Electric scooters, electric bicycles and electric bicycles are not allowed to circulate within the Village at any time. From 2 July to 27 August, the circulation of cars and other motorised vehicles is permitted only and exclusively from 07:00 to 14:00. During the times when circulation is restricted (entry and exit), guests may use the car park outside the Village at a daily cost of € 3.50. In the same car park there is a bicycle hire service, the cost of which varies according to type. One parking space is allowed inside the village per accommodation.
