The peace and serenity with this life on the mountains

Negative points:
- the description mentions breakfast but it is not included. It is also overpriced when you see the service offered.
- No sorting of plastic and cardboard. Unacceptable for a "green" destination.
- Little or no information on activities in the resort or outside. For example: the welcome drink for new arrivals to the resort was discovered after the fact; no information on the market in isola village ... which, for the record, is very, very poor; the description of possible hikes, which I had to ask for on arrival, is very, very imprecise; ... .
- The fire alarm was triggered twice in one week ... including once at 1am. No apology, no word from the management following these incidents.
- Very bad people who let their dogs bark at night (there... the residence can't do anything about it)
The positive points :
- Great environment. Good for beautiful walks and hikes ... sporty or not.
- The shopkeepers in the resort are quite friendly.
