This strategic location offers direct access to the Serre Chevalier Vallée ski area and is right next to shops, restaurants and the start of numerous hiking trails. As for water-based facilities, the residence does not have an on-site swimming pool, but you can easily reach the valley’s water parks, notably the famous Grands Bains Monêtier, situated just a few kilometres away.
