The establishment has two unheated outdoor swimming pools (open during the summer season). Its location provides easy access to the natural sites of the Balagne region and to water sports activities.

The residence has a children's playground and table tennis. In high season (July-August), entertainment for adults is organised (two evening events per week). Nearby activities include hiking and various water sports on the beach.
