The tour operator vacanceol is very unpleasant when you call them because the address on the voucher is wrong and does not correspond to a so-called local. They are not on site and take us for idiots !!!!
We had to go to the estate agency next door and they told us that many people were looking for the keys and that they had already informed Vacanceol but that they had not changed the place and the address on the booking form!
Vacanceol to be avoided !!!!!
