L’appartement est vétuste : salle de bain avec un simple rideau de douche, barre de colonne rouillée, carrelage mosaïque qui se décolle. La décoration est très datée (rideaux et canapé usés). Nous avons aussi eu un problème de...

appartement médiocre, vieillot, sans aucun confort!
Moisissures aux plafond.
Matériel culinaire au plus simple et vieux!
Douche avec rideau ,pas de luminosité dans la salle de bain.
Jardins mal entretenus et piscine petite et mal située .
On n'y retournera sûrement pas , de plus , très cher .

Nous connaissons cette résidence depuis longtemps. Quelques améliorations à faire au niveau de la piscine vu de l'entrée de la résidence. Désagréable d'avoir des graviers à l'entrée des logements. Revoir l'écoulement des eaux pluviales au niveau des toits de certains logements (murs sales)...
