Situated in the heart of a 4-hectare landscaped park, the residence enjoys a privileged location in the residential district of Escoublac, just 300 metres from the famous beach of La Baule, one of the most beautiful bays in Europe. You can easily explore the treasures of the Côte d'Amour, such as the salt marshes of Guérande and the fishing port of Le Croisic, just a few kilometres away. There are two heated outdoor swimming pools (open from April to September), including a paddling pool for younger guests, nestling in a green setting.
In terms of leisure activities, the residence offers ideal facilities for an active stay, with a multi-sports pitch, table tennis tables and a children's play area. Although the residence favours tranquillity and does not offer a children's club or organised activities on site, you will find La Baule's famous beach clubs and numerous sailing schools nearby to keep the younger ones entertained. Sports enthusiasts will also appreciate the proximity of the La Baule International Golf Course and the many hiking trails accessible just outside the estate.
To ensure your comfort, the residence offers practical services such as private parking (at an additional cost) and Wi-Fi access at reception. The flats, housed in small buildings in the architecture of La Baule, all have a balcony or furnished terrace so you can enjoy the ocean climate.
