The Résidence L'Orée des Pistes is close to the shops in the village resort of Saint Sorlin d'Arves. This luxury residence is made up of comfortable chalets with Savoyard charm. For your well-being, there's a lovely heated indoor swimming pool, a sauna and a steam room. From your holiday rental, you can set off to discover the bountiful Savoyard countryside. To guide you, guided walks are organised free of charge by the residence (2 half-days per stay in July and August).

You can also explore the Arvan-Villard Massif, the route of the 5 Great Alpine Passes (Croix de Fer, Glandon, Télégraphe, Galibier, Lautaret), the route of the 3 Great Dams, the Chemins du Baroque circuit or visit a cheese factory or the Museum of Saint Sorlin d'Arves. In terms of activities, the resort offers a wide range of leisure activities for all the family: hiking, mountain biking, cycling, quad biking, paragliding, archery, tennis, donkey trekking, adventure trails, horse riding, etc. In July and August, there are activities for children aged 4 to 11.

Whether you’re a fan of downhill skiing, snowboarding, ski touring or snowshoeing, the variety of terrain guarantees something to suit every ability. A modern network of ski lifts allows you to navigate the ski area with ease, from the secure beginners’ areas and the ESF children’s ski school right through to the challenging black runs and the snowpark dedicated to freestyle enthusiasts.

After a busy day on the slopes, returning to the residence offers a truly relaxing experience thanks to its heated indoor swimming pool and relaxation area. The residence also provides a secure ski storage room where you can easily store and dry your ski equipment.
