The Résidence Odalys Collection L'Orée du Parc enjoys an exceptional location in Royan, capital of the Côte de Beauté, in Charente-Maritime. Ideally nestled in the sought-after Parc residential area, it offers a serene setting while being just 500 metres from the famous Grande Conche beach and 700 metres from the dynamic town centre. Royan, a designated Town of Art and History, is the ideal base for exploring the architectural heritage of the 1950s, the Gironde estuary, the Cordouan lighthouse and the region's emblematic islands (Oléron, Ré, Aix). For aquatic relaxation, the residence offers two major assets: a heated indoor swimming pool open all year round, and an outdoor swimming pool with heated paddling pool, open from May to September (weather permitting), guaranteeing the pleasure of swimming whatever the season.

For those who enjoy activities and well-being, the residence offers high-quality leisure facilities. Residents can work out in theFitness Area, which is included. This vast beach of fine sand is ideal for swimming in the sea, with supervised areas in season offering good quality seawater. The Beaches of the Côte Sauvage: A little further on, towards La Palmyre and the Arvert peninsula, the Côte Sauvage offers miles of ocean beaches bordered by the Coubre forest, ideal for swimming and surfing in a more unspoilt environment.
