I liked the peace and quiet as well as the setting, halfway between the lake and the ocean. One small problem was that reception on arrival only opened at 5pm (in winter it's almost dark), whereas in previous years it opened at 3pm.

On the shores of the Arcachon Basin, the Les Rives de St Brice residence is set in a wooded estate reserved for pedestrians. Spend your holiday in a detached house and enjoy a heated indoor swimming pool, two outdoor pools with children's pool (open from 04/04/26 to 26/09/26, weather permitting), gym and plenty of entertainment for all ages, including table tennis. The complex is set in quiet, wooded surroundings, with a pond, a lagoon and a footpath leading through the woods to the beach on the Bay of Arcachon (700m, approx. 10-minute walk, swimming pool).

The beaches of Arès are 2km away. From the residence, you have direct access to the cycle paths of the Bay of Arcachon. The town centre and its shops are 2 km away, the supermarket 3 km, and the shopping centre with hypermarket 4 km. Take advantage of the local markets in Arès on Tuesday and Sunday mornings, and in Anderros on Fridays.

From 04/07/26 to 29/08/26, take advantage of the activities for teenagers and adults and the mini club. A snack bar (open from April to mid-September, and longer depending on occupancy of the residence), located near the aquatic area and reception, offers a range of takeaway dishes and a bakery/breakfast service.
