The 3* Goélia Le Domaine Des Dunes tourist residence is set in over 2 hectares of pine forest, 300 m from the Courant beach and 1.5 km from the main beaches (5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot). The pedestrianised streets of the centre of Mimizan are around 1500m away. The residence comprises pleasant semi-detached houses in a quiet location.
The residence has a leisure and relaxation area with a heated indoor swimming pool, a heated outdoor swimming pool (04/04/26 to 26/09/26, weather permitting) with a children's pool and waterslide, a fitness room and a sauna (extra charge).
From 04/07/26 to 26/08/26: children's club 6-10 years (5 sessions of 2 hours per day per week, registration on site) and daytime entertainment for adults and teenagers.
