Thanks to the diversity of their ecological conditions, marmots, mountain frogs, chamois, ibex and golden eagles live a peaceful existence here. Take a guided tour and observe them with your curiosity and a good pair of binoculars.

You'll love this breathtaking playground and its many great spots for walking, cycling or horse-riding. In the majestic immensity of the Hautes-Alpes, you can also go sledging in spring and summer at Montgenèvre or Puy Saint Vincent. In the heat of the day, take a breath of fresh air and enjoy one of the longest toboggan runs in France between the trees... Another way to discover the beauty of the mountains. There's no doubt that Serre-Chevalier 1200 - Briançon is the perfect place to recharge your batteries during your summer holidays.

Although the residence does not have a swimming pool, it is right next to Parc 1326, Briançon's aquatic centre with its sports and leisure pools and outdoor slides, ideal for cooling off in the generous Hautes-Alpes sunshine.

In terms of leisure and well-being, the establishment boasts a superb integrated relaxation area, including a sauna, hammam and whirlpool (extra charge) for total relaxation after your excursions. Although the residence does not offer a children's club or in-house entertainment, its urban and mountain location means you are within walking distance of the cinema, casino and tennis centre. For families, the resort offers a host of summer activities: world-renowned Bike Park, giant zip line, mountain go-karting and themed trails accessible in just a few minutes thanks to the nearby cable car.

The residence offers spacious luxury flats, carefully decorated in a contemporary mountain style. Each flat is fully equipped for your comfort, with a modern kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob) and a balcony where you can admire the view of the mountains or the old town. For your convenience, there is Wi-Fi (at an additional cost), covered parking (at an additional cost) and an individual locker service. The hotel offers a warm welcome and pets are welcome so you can share your hikes to the mountain lakes.
