Go to the west of Brittany, on the bay of Morlaix to taste the pleasures of vacations by the sea, at the residence Les Roches. It welcomes you in a calm and relaxing setting with a friendly and family atmosphere. It has outdoor and indoor heated swimming pools and a sauna.

The whole family can have fun on a tennis court during the beautiful games. There are excursions to the harbor and the old town as well as to the Romanesque-Gothic cathedral and the Kern castle. Canoeing, sailing and windsurfing are activities that allow you to fully enjoy the sea. In July and August, it offers a Mini-Club.

As far as services are concerned, residents will have access to Wifi connection. The Residence Les Roches offers a breakfast formula for an additional fee. Pets are also allowed on request within the establishment.

very basic unit
Kettle, Hob 4 x rings, microwave. that was it for cooking.
Beds very basic, comfortable none the less .
ten minute walk to Pol de Leon town and same to the beach.
Ideal excellent value place to stay. also quiet and secluded.

We have stayed here many times mainly due to the location . An easy walk to a lovely sandy beach and areas of rock pools and also to the centre of St Pol de Leon.
The accommodation is adequate and clean, the appliances all worked well and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, crockery and cutlery...

Easy going, good value 5 day break on Brittany Ferries with 3 grandchildren, which we approached with some trepidation …. all fine. Only slight gripe was having to make up beds on arrival & return sheets to reception on departure. However, we all survived & had a good time.
