The 3* Goélia les Roches tourist residence is located 1800m from Sainte Anne beach, 800m from the port and 1km from the old town. It comprises semi-detached houses in a peaceful setting. Each house is divided into 2 2-room flats for 4 people, one on the first floor, the other on the ground floor. The 3-room, 6-person apartments are duplexes. On-site facilities include a heated outdoor swimming pool from 04/04/26 to 26/09/26 depending on the weather, a heated indoor swimming pool from 20/12/25 to 31/10/26, a sauna (extra charge), a fitness room, a tennis court and table tennis tables, and a laundry.

Not a place to relax and enjoy a holiday in. Very dated establishment, paint peeling off front doors, inside walls marked, cobwebs under beds and on ceilings. Work top marked, cooker marked.
Best thing was clean bedding which you collect from reception make your own beds then at the end of the stay...

Beds very basic, comfortable none the less .
ten minute walk to Pol de Leon town and same to the beach.

We have stayed here many times mainly due to the location . An easy walk to a lovely sandy beach and areas of rock pools and also to the centre of St Pol de Leon.
The accommodation is adequate and clean, the appliances all worked well and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, crockery and cutlery...
