Overall pleasant stay Top location, lovely pool. Simple accommodation. Furniture to be modernised. Friendly reception staff.

A very negative point is the design of the accommodation, especially for the ground floor flats, the floors are made of wood, but it's an old generation, everything creaks and vibrates when the neighbours move around, if they get up at 6.30am, you can't sleep, which was our case for part of our stay.

Our outside space is a dark terrace with far too much vegetation (hedges) and underneath the neighbours' wooden openwork terrace, so the dust falls into your plates.... and no privacy...

Fortunately we rented out at the end of September, so there were fewer holidaymakers, but it's worth noting that companies rent out flats for their employees, so the tourist residence is turning into a bit of a workers' hostel, which is why we had to wake up at 6.30am...

The architecture of the residence is nice, but it needs a lot of renovation and insulation work.

The residence is close to the shops, walking routes and discovery trails, close to nature and in a peaceful setting. The concept of the residence is very good, except that it is ageing. The owners of the properties purchased under the Robien law have forgotten to maintain them, particularly the one we were allocated: the kitchen and bathroom furniture is in a state of disrepair and has been swollen by water for some time. The sofa was worn and marked by time. The bedding in the room was adequate. Cleanliness inside: good. Terrace cleanliness: not good. And when it rains, it's impossible to enjoy it because the water goes through the floor on the floor above and it rained 4 days out of 7. Not to mention the lack of soundproofing on the floor above. Fortunately we only had neighbours for 2 nights... a good stay overall.
