In low season, it is open daily from 9 to 11 am and from 4 to 7 pm, except on Wednesdays. On Saturdays, it is open from 8 a.m. to 12 noon and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and on Sundays from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. It is imperative to inform the residence in case of late arrival.
By car:
On the A64 motorway exit n°16 Lannemezan, at the 2ᵉ roundabout take the D717 direction to Avezac-Gare: at the stop sign turn left then at the 1ʳᵉ roundabout exit D929a to Hèches after D929 to Arreau. Go around the centre of Arreau on D919, at the roundabout opposite, then D618, after 9 km, at the roundabout on the right, go through the... village of Avajan after going around for 5 km, go through the village of Génos. Pass in front of the Lac de Génos-Louudenvielle and enter Loudenvielle: after crossing the bridge, drive 100 m then turn left, you have arrived.
